Shipping policy

Delivery is within New Zealand nationwide by courier (signature required). We accept orders from overseas that are to be delivered within New Zealand. If you would like your goods shipped overseas, please contact us and we will be happy to assist with price and duration. We do have prices online for Australia (international economy courier; the recipient is liable for import taxes).

We offer free delivery on orders between $300 - $500 within NZ only.

Orders are processed and dispatched Monday to Friday during work hours. Orders received on the weekend or on a public holiday will be processed on the next working day.

North Island - allow 1 to 2 days

South Island - allow 2 to 3 days

Rural - add 2-3 days to the above

Australia - up to 6/7 days.

Orders to Waiheke Island, Great Barrier Island, Stewart Island and the Chatham Islands - are not included in the above - please contact us for prices and duration of delivery.

Please note: Although we do our utmost to get your goods to you on time, and we use a reputable courier service, once they leave our premises we cannot be held liable for your items not reaching you on time. During Christmas peak rush and Covid-19 times, there will no doubt be slight delays on delivery times.

Delivery charges are not refundable unless the goods are faulty.
